Bauhaus turns 100 celebration editorial layout.
While working at Bay Street Bull, I learned the process of editorial layouts and photoshoots. I gained the experience to design independently, which allowed me to work with other departments.
The article, Bauhaus Turns 100, is influenced by the famous architecture. It helps guide the audience's eye throughout the layout smoothly.

Some of my hand-drawn illustrations have made it into some of the layouts of Bay Street Bull. I chose to put these illustrations there because I wanted to highlight aspects of the article in a visual way.

Editorial design is constantly changing. What I was fond of the most during my internship at a magazine house is that you can consistently play with the arrangement to gain the reader's attention. As someone fresh out of college, it was great to have guidance to push my design boundaries.
